CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Rate
A standard cancellation fee of 10% applies after booking. If you decide to cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival, you will get 100% of the payment minus the cancellation fee! Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 15% + cancellation fee and cancellations within 10 days prior to arrival will be charged 65% + cancellation fee. For bookings via other platforms such as booking.com and airbnb, the agreed conditions and rates apply.
Flexible Rate (5% extra charge on total booking costs)
A cancellation fee of 5% applies after booking. If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund minus the cancellation fee. If you cancel within 10 days before arrival, you will pay 20% of your booking plus cancellation fee.
