Fire safety

We have taken various measures to combat and prevent fire for your safety. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers can be found in the kitchen and central areas. There are also 2 retractable fire escapes.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house (also on the roof terrace)

2. No candles or tea lights should be used.

3. The fireplace (upper floor) must not be used

Noise disturbance

The house dates from the 16th century and is therefore relatively noisy.

1. Do you want to take off your shoes upon entering? We do not oblige this, but appreciate it very much.

2. After 23:00 we would like to ask you to take into account that other guests want to sleep.

3. Parties are forbidden, but we make socializing compulsory! 😊

Use of inner roof terrace (patio)

• The roof terrace is available to you until 22:00. Please take into account the privacy of the apartment next door.

• Smoking, BBQ or open fire is prohibited due to fire hazard

• After use, all items must be cleared away in the box in the central hall

Use of for terrace

• The front terrace has a large sofa and table

• terrace closed at 23:00. Please mind the neighbors and don’t cause noise disturbance

Check out time is before 11:00 in the morning and we ask guest to leave the accommodation clean and gather all towels and bed linen and leave it on the kitchen floor.
