Terms & Conditions – Harbor House Zeeland

Welcome to Harbor House Zeeland. By making a reservation and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General
Harbor House Zeeland is a small bed & breakfast with three accommodations and shared spaces, including a kitchen, living room, and patio. Guests are expected to treat the property, facilities, and fellow guests with respect.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM
• Guests must provide accurate information when booking and comply with all house rules during their stay

3. Fire Safety
For your safety, we have implemented measures to prevent and respond to fire hazards. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen and central areas.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including on the roof terrace
• Candles and tea lights are not allowed

4. Noise Disturbance
The house dates from the 16th century and is therefore relatively noisy.

• After 23:00, please consider that other guests may be sleeping or resting
• Parties are prohibited, but socializing is encouraged

5. Use of Shared Kitchen

• The shared kitchen must be kept clean and tidy at all times
• Cooking is not allowed
• Guests may use the kitchen for breakfast or to warm up food

6. Use of the Roof Terrace / Patio (1st Floor)

• The roof terrace is available until 23:00
• Please respect the privacy of neighboring apartments
• Smoking, BBQ, or open fire is prohibited due to fire hazards
• Pillows can be found in the wooden box in the lobby; please return them after use

7. Use of the Front Terrace

• The terrace is available until 23:00
• Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood

8. Liability
Harbor House Zeeland is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By staying at Harbor House Zeeland, you agree to these terms and conditions.
